This e-mail is to pass on to you, Venke and all the staff our heartfelt thanks for the wonderful night that we held at Paesano's last Friday.

All our guests (138) had a wonderful time and the feedback has been exceptional re the variety and standard of your buffet. Many have said that they will be repeat guests in the near future.

We cannot say enough about the service given to everyone on the night by your caring and professional staff, nothing was too much trouble and each interaction was conducted with a smile.

To yourself and Venke WOW, the consultation process was easy and seamless. Communication and consultation resulted in our successful night. In our meetings we were treated with patience and understanding and nothing was too much trouble.

A suggestion has come through both from the band on the night and the MC that you may consider installing acoustic panels to absorb some noise as it was difficult to communicate to the tables at times. In planning a similar function in the future you could consider advising the use of a walk around mike to make communication clearer.
